What to write about
Anything about the tool itself. The messages that are most useful to us:
- A file that fails to convert. Tell us the source format, your browser and what happened. If the file is not sensitive, attaching it makes the fix far quicker — but please do not send anything private, since email is not the place for it.
- Output that looks wrong. Banding, colour shifts, an image that came back rotated, a size that seems off for the settings you chose.
- A format worth adding. Tell us what you are converting from and to, and what you are using it for.
- Something wrong on the site. A broken link, an answer that is out of date, or a claim on the privacy page that does not match what you observe.
Before you write
Two things come up often enough to answer here. We cannot recover an image for you — files are never uploaded, so nothing is stored on our side and there is nothing to retrieve. And we cannot convert a file on your behalf for the same reason.

Response time
This is a small free tool, not a staffed support desk. We read everything and reply to most messages within a few days, though we cannot promise a response to every one.
